 Occasionally, due to cognitive issues, an individual needs assistance to make important medical, residential, and other decisions to help ensure their own safety and well-being. A Guardian is someone who is appointed by a Probate or other District Court to perform this important role. 

We can serve as active members of your loved one’s care team, monitoring services, care givers, medications, and ongoing needs by telephone and in person to ensure that they remain healthy, safe, and happy, and you remain informed of their current status. 

We can deliver comprehensive, person-centered assessments and recommendations of your loved one’s current environment, resources, and supports to ensure that you can move forward with the comfort and confidence of experts on your side.
